What services do you offer?
We offer full-service event coordination and catering; including weddings, private events, birthday parties, holiday parties, corporate gatherings, bridal showers, and styled celebrations. Services include menu planning, day-of coordination, full planning, set-up/tear-down, and impeccable service.

Do you only offer coordination and catering together ?
Of course not! Our services do not need to be purchased together. We are happy to solely cater your event or provide planning services. If you are interested in a fully-bundled experience, let us know so we can create a customized bundle offer for you!

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weddings and 2-6 months in advance for smaller events. Date will not be secured until a signed contract and deposit are completed.

How is your pricing structured?
For catering pricing is customized based on guest count, menu selections, service style, staffing, and logistics. We provide detailed, transparent proposals for every client.

What is required to secure our date?
A 30% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Do you offer tastings?
Yes! Tastings are avilable for booked clients or serious inquiries and are applied toward your event if you move forward.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other allergy sensitive menus. Please notate how severe your allergy is so we can take the appropriate precautions.

Do you provide staffing and set-up?
Yes - staffing, setup, breakdown, and service can all be included depending on your need.

Can you customize ceremonies and menus to reflect our identity or culture?
Yes. We believe your event should reflect you. We work closely with you to ensure every detail feels authentic and meaningful.

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Pennsylvania and serve the surrounding states - Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Virginia. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
